The transition theme continues, this time involving my summer pencil skirt and a new fall blouse with a tiny bit of ruffles around the neck. The color black and ruffles creating balance between cuteness and cool. This is a great addition adding a lot of alternatives to my fall styles where I can easily see that I will be wearing it paired with black jeans or with a number of my different office skirts/pants.

See the tiny ruffle around the neck? Hard to capture in the picture, but I love the fact that there is a ruffle but still so small. There’s also a detail of smocking, traditionally seen on dresses for babygirls, adding more cuteness to the style of the blouse.
