My focus this week has been far, far away from the corporate office! I’ve been attending a course to deepen my pranayama practice. From teaching and guidence by Sudhir Tiwari, a mix of pranayama, yoga and lectures of yoga philosophy, Ayerveda and pranayama theory has given me more tools for both practice and my life in general. Completely off from my regular financial consulting working platform, and yet, so rewarding! As I’ve told you before I have a regular daily morningyoga practice and since a year back I have included Pranayama exercises and it has truly been a game changer.
In simplistic words – Pranayama is a practice to train and alter your breath. By mastering your breath you can obtain an inner focus and both psychological and physiological benefits! If you’re curious and you feel you want to read and learn more, you find more explanation here!
So as you can guess I swapped the pencil skirt and black blazers to tights and yoga mat this week! 🧘♀️
Now we are off for the big celebratory Midsummer weekend! Short week, yay!
