Best part of a hike is to have the Fika – coffee and cake!
Going to our mountain house (our winter paradise) in the summer could depending on energy and time involve hiking, horse back riding, canoeing, chillin, evenings filled with playing cards or board games and of course a lot of wine and dine! This time we only had time for a couple of short trekking tours.
As you can see by the scenery there’s not much of a resemblance if compared to the Alpes or the Rockies, but with it’s own charm.
This time around we could feel the fall around the corner, windy and slightly cold, sun was out half the time. Other half we got plenty of rain…
Oh and I forgot to say – check out the reindeer!
