Although we have had great weather the last week you can almost feel the fall in the briskness of the air. Slightly cooler, especially in the mornings and more crisp.
As a reverence to fall I sported my new leather jacket, moto style. Am I late to the party or not?! More can be said about the leather jacket. Deadwood makes their jackets from spare pieces of leather left over from other fabricants. By combining bits and pieces with a well thought through model and make of the jacket they can use the spare pieces instead of a whole hide. I’m very intrigued (and in awe) by the cut and the ability of the designer. In doing so they are able to offer high quality leather at a really affordable price.
I felt this need of reverting from my vintage suede coat to a more modern touch on my September jacket and for later on, a new style on the black jacket for office. I have a feeling that this will be my best worn piece for winter.
In times of Corona you can hardly whisper that you feel a bit under the weather for a day… But today was one of those days. Aching head and felt like I was freezing the whole day, hence the scarf (in wool…).
