Thinking About Winter?
Oh well not really. Until I did this last minute tour of the summer sales... How odd it seems but I ended up buying my winter coat! Camel, checked in black, trench style, LONG, double breasted. Another Classic Restyled
... or rather how do you style the classic - white tee & jeans skirt - as of SS2019? My choice is to go for a tee in linen and with a loose fit, more of what I would call a traditional t-shirt fit. No stretch and not fitted. The linen, as opposed to cotton, makes the tee hang loose and drape so it doesn't look bulgy. My tee is from & other stories and I have it in black as well. Restyling The Classics
One of the classics is the white shirt & black pants. How do you restyle it to fit into SS2019? Well this is my version of it. My go-to shirt this summer - solid cotton with loose cut and a lot of ruffle but still no ruffle. Wide-legged pants that I've been wearing for a couple of seasons. Heavy and flowy , slightly short but not too short, important not to make you look chubby. Today, white sneakers for the walking part to subway but then changed to white summer shoes.
