The smallness of humans in relation to nature. Humbleness. Magnificence. Gratitude. Stillness. And once again, happiness! I needed the reminder to find energy and inspiration ahead of the next working week! Some pictures from our ski tour in the Lenzerheide area last Sunday. Started off at 2 800 m with powder and sunny skies and ended up with skiing (walking?!) between mud puddles in storm and grey skies... But oh what a day!! And finally we ended up at a combined farm and … [Read more...] about Last Sunday
Sunday Thoughts – Blazer Or Not
Come to realize that I show you a lot of styles where I'm wearing cardigans or knits of different sorts. Although I would say I wear blazer at least 2 to 3 days out of 5 at the office I dare saying it has become more common to wear all sorts of knits. I think this is a general trend, not only my own styles, that has been going on for the last couple of years. It's more and more accepted that business styles for women include cardigans and knits. And I think it's fair to say that this is kind of a 'normal' amount of additions to my closet. Tada, here … [Read more...] about A Glimpse On The New Pieces – FW 15/16
The Jeans Story
…or “Is there a special life cycle for jeans?” My answer is definitely – yes! Phase 1. When the jeans are brand new – new cut, and for me that means never too trendy and always in a darker dyed color (nothing too distressed or washed out…) These are my new favorites, I wear them all the time, evenings, weekends, sometimes even to work. A phase that will last for about two years. Phase 2: the jeans are gradually worn less and less. Replaced by a new pair in phase 1. Eventually falls into oblivion for … [Read more...] about The Jeans Story
